1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Three Space Lab LLC ("3SL," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Spotlight for Listings video production service and any related tools, forms, or platforms accessible through threespacelab.com (the "Site").

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

3SL provides professional real estate video production services, including the "Spotlight for Listings" product. When you place an order through our Site, we create promotional videos for your listed property based on the information you provide (property details, listing URL, agent information, and creative direction).

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are placed through our online order form and are confirmed once payment is received.
• Payment is processed through our secure online checkout. We accept credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, and other payment methods as available at the time of purchase.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The current price for Spotlight for Listings is $500 unless a valid promotional discount is applied.
• Promotional codes are subject to availability, expiration dates, and usage limits. 3SL reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

4. Refunds

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@threespacelab.com. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of production:

• Before production begins: Full refund (minus any payment processing fees retained by the payment provider).
• During production: Partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on work completed.
• After delivery: No refund, as the service has been fully rendered.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order (property address, listing URL, contact details).
• Ensure you have the right to use any images, URLs, or materials you provide to us.
• Respond to any follow-up requests from our production team in a timely manner.

3SL produces videos based on the materials and information you provide. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in source materials, listing details, or property information supplied by you.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered videos for your professional marketing purposes, including but not limited to property marketing, social media, listing presentations, email campaigns, brokerage materials, and personal branding. There are no restrictions on your use of the delivered content.

3SL retains ownership of all creative assets, templates, and production methods. 3SL retains the right to use delivered videos in its portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, and sales presentations, including identification of the agent and brokerage. If you are not satisfied with the delivered videos and notify us in writing, we will not use them in our marketing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
